Tobias Rummeleit Promoted to Managing Partner, Global Energy & Renewables

MUNICH (FEB. 18, 2025) – Leading talent advisory firm DHR Global announces that Tobias Rummeleit has been promoted from Partner to Managing Partner in the Industrial Practice Group. Based in Munich, Rummeleit has deep expertise in executive search across the industrial sector – covering energy, material sciences, chemicals, automotive, industrial systems engineering, and diversified manufacturing. Rummeleit also co-leads the firm’s global Energy & Renewables Practice. Since joining DHR as an Associate Partner in 2019 and becoming Partner in 2021, his advancement is a testament to exceptional performance and unwavering commitment to excellence.

Having extensive experience working with family-owned and privately held enterprises as well as publicly listed enterprises, Rummeleit understands the cultural and industry dynamics that shape executive leadership needs.

Rummeleit’s expertise spans general management, sales, technical, supply chain, and finance roles. In addition to his industrial work, he’s successfully partnered with national and international clients in the life sciences sector, particularly in medical technology and pharmaceuticals.

Before joining DHR, Rummeleit was a Director at an international boutique and a U.S.-owned global executive search firm. Earlier in his career, he held a managerial role at a British government agency that focused on international trade and investment, supporting global business expansion efforts.

Rummeleit earned a master’s degree in international relations from the University of East Anglia in Norwich, U.K., and a bachelor’s degree in European studies. In addition, he studied law in Germany. He’s fluent in German and English and conversant in Norwegian.
