HRO TODAY: Employee mental health and wellness remain top priorities for HR leaders. DHR Global’s 2025 Workforce Trends Report reveals that 82% of employees have experienced burnout due to long hours, overwhelming workloads, and lack of work-life balance.

“Wellness and mental health have become instrumental in attracting and retaining the new workforce, and employee burnout has become a central focus of that,” says John M. Staines, Managing Partner Global Human Resources Practice.

He highlights that comprehensive well-being support is crucial for retaining talent and will be a key trend in the coming year.
