MUMBAI (October 28, 2022) – Leading talent advisory firm DHR Global announces the appointment of Nina Chatrath to Partner in the firm’s Leadership Consulting Practice.
With more than 20 years of business and consulting experience, Chatrath focuses on the impact of leadership on business performance, organization building and talent management.

Chatrath is skilled at enhancing organizational capabilities using business and behavioral interventions, with a focus on building the strategic momentum of the business by working directly with its top leaders. Her executive coaching and succession planning work supports boards as well as CEOs, as she is adept at unlocking leaders’ potential leading to better company performance.

Prior to joining DHR, Chatrath founded Enhance Consulting, a boutique leadership consulting firm serving the Asia Pacific region. Prior to that, she served as a leadership consultant for two global search firms and as a behavioral consultant in the Dale Carnegie training program. Previously, Chatrath was the Vice President – Sales and Marketing for QAI, Asia’s largest process improvement company.
Nina earned a Hotel Management diploma and a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University, followed by a post-graduate certificate in HR Management from XLRI. Nina serves on the board of directors for Oriental Hotels Limited, and Dwarikesh Sugar Industries.
