VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Canada (SEPTEMBER 10, 2024) – Leading talent advisory firm DHR Global announces that Esther McGregor has joined the firm as Managing Partner of DHR’s new Vancouver office. She is a member of the Nonprofit and Industrial Practice Groups, focusing on Canadian and Pacific Northwest executive search engagements.
Esther brings close to 25 years of experience in executive search, recruiting CEOs and other C-suite leaders across industries such as nonprofit, social impact, industrial, and the public sector, including governmental crowns/agencies and infrastructure organizations.
Having led searches throughout Canada and internationally, she has a global perspective and a nuanced understanding of diverse leadership needs. Esther is committed to being a collaborative partner and supporting her clients in identifying and securing the best and brightest talent.

Esther earned a Bachelor of Applied Arts degree in information management and organizational development from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University). She’s an active leader and board member of the International Women’s Forum, British Columbia.
Outside of her professional work, Esther is passionate about contributing to her community. She volunteers at St. James Music Academy, located in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside, where she supports the development of young musicians.
