CHICAGO, May 10, 2022 – Leading talent advisory firm DHR Global has been named to Inc. magazine’s annual Best Workplaces list. The list measures a wide range of research-validated workplace factors that impact employee engagement and satisfaction.
“I can’t think of a greater honor a company can receive, than one that comes as a result of its employees stating how valued they feel,” said Geoff Hoffmann, CEO of DHR. “Our people are the heart of our success, and I am truly grateful for all the ways they go above and beyond to exceed expectations for our clients, our candidates and each other.”
“We continually work to foster a workplace and culture that keeps our teams engaged, motivated and supported in the ways they need in order to be successful,” said Priya Taneja, Executive Vice President, Operations, at DHR. “The survey results reinforce our culture of collaboration, the foundation that unifies us and drives us to perform at our best.”
DHR employees provided optional responses to open-ended questions with statements including the following:
- “Since joining this organization, I have felt valued and invested in, as part of our everyday culture. This company has implemented so many positive initiatives and continues to develop a strong culture of inclusivity, respect and kindness.”
- “The organization and leaders work to provide employees with the fundamentals and training to not only execute on your current job responsibilities, but also has continued development sessions to afford you the opportunity to acquire additional skills contributing to your professional development.”
- “I say DHR is ‘the big firm with a soul.’ We truly do care about each other and make every attempt to be collaborative and supportive of each other’s success…. Our HR team has put in place wonderful culture and wellness activities to help bring the firm to life.”
After collecting data from thousands of submissions, Inc. selected 475 honorees this year. Each company that was nominated took part in an employee survey, conducted by Quantum Workplace, which included topics such as management effectiveness, perks, fostering employee growth and overall company culture. The organization’s benefits were also audited to determine overall score and ranking.
The survey results showed that DHR’s employees feel that “the senior leaders of the organization value people as their most important resource.” 85.15% of DHR employees scored as “highly engaged employees.” The firm also scored highly in the benefits category demonstrating its commitment to employee well-being. Survey analysis showed that the word that best describes DHR’s work environment is “collaborative.”
“Not long ago, the term ‘best workplace’ would have conjured up images of open-office designs with stocked snack fridges,” says Inc. editor-in-chief Scott Omelianuk. “Yet given the widespread adoption of remote work, the concept of the workplace has shifted. This year, Inc. has recognized the organizations dedicated to redefining and enriching the workplace in the face of the pandemic.”
