Charlotte (November 9, 2023) – Leading talent advisory firm DHR Global announces that Sarah Becker has joined as Partner in the Private Equity Practice Group, based in firm’s Charlotte office.
As an executive search consultant who can translate business needs into talent solutions, Becker helps private equity, healthcare services, and consumer & retail organizations recruit for key leadership roles with a focus on behavioral and cultural fit.
Throughout her career, Becker has delivered client success and built lasting relationships, earning consistently high ratings for client satisfaction. She has walked in her clients’ shoes with a diverse background of leadership roles across customer service, project management, finance, and sales and can leverage this to understand the critical business needs of each search. Becker is also highly skilled at creating leadership development programs that drive improved team strength and employee retention.

Prior to joining DHR, Becker spent almost 10 years building a successful executive search career with a focus on operations in private equity, consumer, and healthcare recruiting. In her most recent role, she served as Senior Vice President at a healthcare executive search firm that specialized in C-level and senior leadership-level leaders. Before becoming an executive search professional, Becker held sales and operations leadership roles in private equity and public companies within the consumer sector, including Heritage Home Group and Sara Lee.
Becker is passionate about mentoring and development and is a proud volunteer at the REACH Women’s Network, which seeks to advance economic development and promote gender equity by elevating the collective voice and influence of women in the workplace.
