Mansbach is a recognized leader in executive search, known for his deep relationships with senior decision-makers across the restaurant, hotel, and franchise sectors. His expertise in identifying and placing top-tier C-suite talent is complemented by firsthand operational insight as a co-founder of a multiunit restaurant group that owns Jersey Mike’s franchises. His unique perspective and access allows him to connect clients with leaders who understand the strategic and operational demands of hospitality businesses.

Before joining DHR, Mansbach was a Senior Partner at a global executive search firm, where he led hospitality-focused executive recruitment initiatives. Previously, he co-founded a consulting firm that specializes in executive search, compensation strategy, and leadership consulting for the hotel, gaming, and travel technology industries. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at a global executive search firm that’s dedicated to the hospitality sector.
Mansbach has authored industry-leading compensation studies, and is considered a go-to source for C-suite compensation data and total rewards design. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Hartford.
