CHICAGO (April 24, 2024) – Leading talent consulting firm DHR Global is pleased to announce that Ayman Haddad has been promoted to Vice Chairman. In his new role, Haddad will continue to play a pivotal role in DHR’s ongoing expansion across the Middle East and Africa, with a strategic focus on entering new growth markets, including Saudi Arabia.
In addition, Haddad will retain his position as the Managing Partner for the Middle East and Africa region and lead the EMEA Financial Services Practice. His expertise lies in advising local and multinational companies during critical organizational phases, including turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions, and growth stages. Notably, in 2012, Haddad led the establishment of DHR’s first Middle East office in Dubai.

With over 30 years of experience across Europe and the Middle East in management consulting, CEO roles, and board membership, Haddad’s track record extends to building boards, developing organization structures and leadership teams across various sectors, including financial services, private equity, sovereign wealth funds, and holding companies. Additionally, he is a co-founder and former governor of the GCC Board of Directors Institute, an initiative to elevate corporate governance standards in the Middle East.
