With over 30 years of experience in the real estate sector, Vince is recognized as a leading global executive recruiter and consultant. Throughout his career, he has developed expertise as a Senior Executive in strategic planning, team building, fundraising, investing and nurturing long-term relationships. He has a deep understanding of target talent profiles for key senior professional roles and an impressively broad network in the real estate sector.
Previously, Vince was a Partner of a global real estate investment management firm that raised and managed commercial and residential real estate funds. There he created investment strategies and performed fundraising, acquisitions, dispositions, financing and asset management responsibilities. Prior experience included general partner positions for real estate funds with Global Investment Management and Banking firms. Before entering the real estate sector, Vince worked for Deloitte where he performed services for Fortune 500 companies in a variety of industries.
Vince holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
