Wendy specializes in physician leadership and healthcare financial, compliance, marketing and operational leadership, and has worked with many well-known managed care plans and health systems across the country.

Prior to her career in executive search, Wendy spent 20 years as a managed care executive, where she was responsible for product development and led a $2Billion health plan for Blue Cross specializing in government programs. With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare executive roles, Wendy understands how having the right leadership helps organizations adapt to meet the industry’s ever-changing demands. She recruits for leadership positions across the industry, including finance, operations, information technology and management.

Wendy has the deep industry knowledge and experience needed to solve any hiring challenge and a track record of success, with more than 70% of her searches coming from existing relationships.

Prior to joining DHR, Wendy co-founded Westmont Search, a boutique search firm focused on healthcare executive search. Westmont became part of DHR Global in 2022.

In service to her community, Wendy is currently on the board of the Human Relations Committee of Haddonfield, New Jersey. Her past board member roles include Little Brothers Friends of the Elderly and The Partnership Community Development Corporation.
