Ted has over a decade of experience as an executive recruiter having completed hundreds of searches in his career spanning large enterprise, middle market, and venture backed technology organizations.

He has held various roles during his 11 years with DHR Global starting as an associate, and having subsequent roles as a Director of Talent Acquisition as well as the North American Technology Research Lead. He brings a strong client centric focus to the search process combined with deep relationships with top talent in the technology sector.

Ted holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Missouri, Columbia. He resides in St. Louis, Missouri with his wife Julia and their two children.
