Susan Napolitano

Experience

With over 20 years of combined experience within human resources, talent acquisition, and executive search, she brings a high-touch approach to support her clients and candidates. Susan possesses a proven track record for managing and executing senior-level search projects across retail, digitally native, and specialty lifestyle consumer facing brands. She has extensive knowledge in core functions including marketing, merchandising, planning, finance, and human resources. Susan leverages a specialized team of experts within the DHR and Jobplex teams to formulate a best-in-class search strategy for Director to C-level projects.

Prior to joining Jobplex, Susan served as Principal, Retail & Consumer at a global search firm. She began her retail career upon completion of the Macy’s Executive Development Training Program. With a strong passion for people and navigating career paths, Susan held multiple positions in product development, talent acquisition and assessment at Macy’s, Walmart Inc., and Ross Stores.

Susan holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Stonehill College and a master’s degree from Fordham University.  She resides in NY with her husband and two daughters.  On a volunteer basis, Susan is a non- profit board member for a coalition serving individuals diagnosed with breast cancer.  She also spends her free time playing tennis, running outdoors and staying active.
