With over 20 years of experience in executive search and leadership consulting, Steven brings a wealth of expertise in building leadership teams and is recognized as a key figure in the aerospace and defense sectors.

Steven specializes in partnering with private equity firms and their portfolio companies across the tech-enabled industrials domain, with a strong focus on industrial manufacturing and additional expertise across the aerospace, defense, and space sectors. He has successfully placed high-impact CEOs and transformative leaders in both public and privately held organizations, including high-growth and turnaround environments, enabling them to achieve strategic goals and drive organizational transformation.

Steven’s expertise spans multiple verticals, including original equipment manufacturers, precision engineering, defense electronics, aerospace and aviation services, and government contractors. In addition to executive search, he frequently advises industrial and aerospace-oriented private equity investors in pre-deal and diligence situations, supporting acquisitions, and planning leadership transitions, ensuring a seamless integration post-acquisition.

Steven holds a Master of Business Administration from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts, and a bachelor’s degree in management from Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts. He is actively involved in his community, serving on the board of the National Defense University Foundation (NDUF) in Washington, D.C.
