Experience

Miao leverages over two decades of global business experience across strategy consulting, investment banking, venture capital/private equity and executive search. She has worked with leaders from Fortune 500 companies, startups, VC/PE-backed portfolios and nonprofit organizations in the U.S., Europe and Asia. She is a trusted advisor, combining a consulting toolkit, industry expertise and a keen understanding of leadership.

Miao most recently worked with McKinsey, where she led financial services activities for McKinsey Talent Network in North America. Prior to that she was a Partner at a leading talent advisory firm where she successfully placed senior executives such as CEOs, Country Heads and Regional Leaders across functional areas in financial services in the U.S., Europe and China.

Miao earned her Master of Business Administration from Stanford University and her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Beijing Foreign Studies University. Trained in executive coaching at Columbia University, she is also a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from the Co-Active Training Institute and a Certified Positive Intelligence Coach (CPIC).
