An original member of DHR Global’s Board of Directors, and the longest tenured female Partner at DHR Global, Marcey was named Managing Partner of DHR’s Chicago office in 2014 and was named to the DHR Global Hall of Fame in 2017 and global Consumer and Retail Practice Group leader in 2021 and Vice Chairman in 2024.

With more than 30 years in executive search, her expertise spans Consumer, Retail, Hospitality, Beauty, Health & Wellness and FinTech. Marcey is known for her personal involvement in each and every search and for her consultative approach, high quality client and candidate engagement skills and her tenured industry senior relationships.
