As one of the country’s most recognized search experts with a strong management background, he has fulfilled projects for clients ranging from early-stage start-ups to global public companies. Luis has held several senior management roles where his responsibilities spanned multiple regions and countries.

With more than 20 years in executive search, Luis’s work has focused on C-suite and VP recruitment. Luis is known for building strong client relationships, which enables him to understand cultural contexts and place optimal candidates.

Before joining DHR, Luis acted as Managing Partner at a global leadership and talent advisory firm, focusing on consumer, retail and industrial services. He placed leaders in C-suite level roles, including CEO, CFO, COO and human resources, as well as director-level leaders. Before that, Luis held various leadership roles at José Cuervo and American Express.

Luis holds a bachelor’s degree in public accounting and finance from the Universidad Anáhuac.
