Kymberly is also a certified leadership coach passionate about mentorship and talent development. She holds multiple certifications, including being a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from the Co-Active Training Institute, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and a Certified Confidence Coach (CCC) from the American Confidence Institute (ACI).
Throughout her career, she has held significant leadership roles, including Co-President of a prominent management consulting firm, Practice Director at a boutique executive search firm, and Division Director at a national recruiting firm. She was identified as a “Woman to Watch” and awarded the prestigious honor of “Forty under Forty” designation for her work. Additionally, she has spent 16 years as an adjunct professor at the Rochester Institute of Technology and the State University of New York.
In addition to her professional career, she is deeply committed to giving back to the community. She is a dedicated mentor at 1909, a West Palm Beach technology incubator supporting early-stage entrepreneurs and small business owners. She serves as a board member of St. Ann’s Community-Ann’s Angels and is currently a board advisor and coach for The International Coaching Federation’s South Florida Charter Chapter – Outreach, Coaching in Education, and Step into Coaching Programs.
