Giovanni has partnered with some of the world’s best-known companies to provide solutions for their leadership and organizational needs. He holds four passports (Brazilian, Italian, Swiss, and American) and is fluent in six languages. This Latino and international background gives him the personal expertise and passion to bring cultural, ethnic, and diverse leaders into his mandates.
Giovanni has a demonstrated history of leading cross-cultural teams, building brands and businesses, leading innovation, and developing winning organizational strategies to drive results.
Giovanni has a B.B.A. from the Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro and earned his Master of Business Administration from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Glendale, Arizona. He also received a General Management Program degree from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland. Giovanni has a Taekwondo black belt and is a passionate golfer.
