His clients have included over 25 Fortune 500 corporations, many family-owned, private equity-backed firms, and universities. His consultative approach and significant corporate leadership experience have helped clients refine their position specifications and clearly define the “right” candidate. DHR has recognized Dwain as a top performer every year since 2021.

Dwain has coached leaders to help them realize their career goals and improve their productivity. As part of this work, he has published four books, including “Recruiter’s Guide to Hiring Diverse Leaders” and “You’re Hired! Actions to Get and Keep the Job of Your Dreams.”

Prior to recruiting, he held senior marketing, sales, and general management positions in the U.S. and U.K. for Fortune 500 firms, including Procter & Gamble, Nestlé, and Alcoa. He led Marketing and Sales departments with teams of over 100 professionals and owned budgets of $100M for $1B divisions. He has saved declining businesses and accelerated their growth in multiple roles.

Dwain graduated from Loyola University and holds a Master of Business Administration from Atlanta University. He has also done postgraduate work at Cornell and Stanford Universities. He lives with his wife in Orlando, Florida, and has two adult daughters.
