Experience

Diane has experience working with innovative businesses and market leaders. Her Socratic approach helps her understand her clients’ unique dynamics in their markets. She has recruited high-impact leaders into global organizations in roles including Board Directors, CEOs, CFOs, Presidents/COOs and functional VPs or other C-level executives.

As a former CEO, Diane knows how important the CEO’s team is. Her extensive experience includes recruiting executives leading functional areas including marketing, product management, IT, investor relations, sales, business development, human resources, operations, supply chain, regulatory affairs and finance. Having led more than 1,500 searches, her ability to develop long-term relationships is evidenced by the fact that more than 90% of her work is with repeat clients.

Diane is on the board of Cape Cod Healthcare, a nationally recognized community healthcare system. She is a former Trustee of the Brain Science Foundation, a member of the Executive Committee of Boston College Technology Council and an active leader on the Council for Women of Boston College. She is former Founding Director of WEST (Women Entrepreneurs in Science & Technology) and was on the Overseers’ Board of the Boston Children’s Museum. Diane is a proud graduate of Boston College with a Bachelor of Science, and the values her Jesuit education instilled in her are evident in her practices.
