While in industry, Chris was a prominent Chief Human Resources executive, building best-in-class teams, shaping high-performing cultures, and leading organizational transformations for renowned blue-chip businesses at the top of the Fortune list such as ExxonMobil, Hostess Brands, and Centex Homes, as well as private equity-funded, high-growth, and turnaround organizations.

Chris is passionate about bringing people and organizations together to change lives and drive game-changing business performance. He is widely recognized for his exceptional attention to client and candidate care.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in psychology and a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations in human resource management from Cornell University. He and his wife reside in Southlake, TX, and enjoy life as proud empty-nesters, doting grandparents, occasionally competent golfers, and aspiring oenophiles.
