Experience

Having lived and worked on three continents in both mature (U.S., Israel) and emerging markets (CEE, LATAM), Andrei has built a network of purpose-driven and global-minded leaders. He has extensive experience leading international executive search assignments across functions and industries including life sciences, healthcare, green technologies, renewable energy, recycling, packaging, chemicals, industrial manufacturing, automotive, infrastructure & energy, construction, real estate, consumer, private equity and venture capital.

Prior to joining DHR and returning to his native Romania from New York, Andrei served as Head of The Americas for Borderless, a global executive search firm. Previously, he worked with two global executive search firms in the U.S. and Romania and founded his own firm to attract U.S.-based Eastern European professionals back to CEE. He also worked with Consilium Management Consulting and served as President of JCI as well as Vice President of AIESEC in Romania.

Andrei serves on the board of the Romanian-American Professionals Association in New York and is a founding member of the AIESEC Alumni Association Romania. He holds a degree in business management from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and has completed several transformational programs with Tony Robbins, Harv Eker and Landmark. Andrei is a U.S. and E.U. citizen and speaks English, Romanian and basic Hebrew.
